I have had the opportunity to with 100s of clients and help them accomplish their real estate goals since 2013. Although is sounds cliché, Being a Realtor is truly a calling for me. I am driven by a profound passion for assisting and educating my clients, to help them to navigate the complex process of purchasing or selling one of my client's largest assets.
I am grateful for the support of my past clients and referral partners. Last year 88% of my business was from either past clients contacting me to help them with another sale or purchase OR referring their friends, family and co-workers.
In 2022, I was the Coldwell Banker RPM Group #1 Top Producer out of 300+ active agents. I work hard to make sure each and every transaction goes as smoothly as possible. Some are easier than others, but being a professional problem solver is just part of the job. When listing a home, I go above and beyond what most Realtors will do to assist my clients in preparing their homes for the market. And once the home is ready for market, I prepare professional marketing materials to maximize the exposure for each property.
